Aruba Tourism Authority (ATA) partnered with Ansira to modernize its marketing and customer engagement approach. As Aruba’s official tourism organization, ATA wanted to increase first-time and repeat visits while overcoming antiquated processes and systems that limited its ability to connect with past and future guests.

Ansira implemented CRM, data, analytics, and email marketing solutions, including rebuilding ATA’s database and reporting platform, improving visitor segmentation and modeling, and launching a global email platform in nine languages across 120 countries. The work helped ATA deliver more relevant messaging, resulting in a 43% increase in island return rate for targeted visitors, $2.1 million in incremental on-island spend from visitors who received more relevant emails, and $20 million in incremental on-island spend from the target market.
