This enabled the council to implement low-code platforms and AI technologies. Key results from working with ANS include an AI-powered pothole classification system that streamlines citizen reports and a new low-code platform that automates the adult social care "Discharge to Assess" process, shifting the council to a more proactive, outcome-driven approach.
