Eyeview is a New York–based video advertising technology company whose VideoIQ platform programmatically delivers personalized video across TV, desktop, tablet and mobile. Operating in real-time bidding at scale (about 200,000 requests per second and roughly 200,000 tracked metrics), Eyeview struggled with static thresholds that couldn’t keep up with large, seasonal traffic swings — triggering constant “alert storms,” masking root causes, and risking revenue from ad serves.
To solve this, Eyeview deployed Anodot’s real-time anomaly-detection platform, which uses machine learning to learn metric seasonality, surface anomalies immediately, correlate related alerts, and prioritize root causes.
