REA Group, a multinational digital media company best known for realestate.com.au, engaged Annexa in 2014 to replace its aging, heavily customized Sage Accpac systems that were slowing growth, creating manual, time‑consuming consolidation and reporting, and preventing upgrades. Annexa was brought in to deliver a scalable, cloud ERP solution using NetSuite OneWorld to support global expansion and replace 26 instances of Sage Accpac with a single database.

Annexa implemented NetSuite OneWorld to consolidate systems into one cloud platform, automating complex revenue recognition and group processes. As a result, revenue calculations that once took three or more days are now processed automatically, global consolidation moved from more than a day to real time, and REA Group gained scalable cloud infrastructure, continuous updates, and improved visibility and flexibility across its global operations.
