MotoBatt, a global manufacturer and distributor of powersports batteries, chargers, and accessories, needed a way to support global B2B selling more efficiently. While dealers could browse products online, they could not complete purchases, and MotoBatt wanted a connected ecommerce experience that worked seamlessly with its existing NetSuite cloud ERP. Annexa was brought in to implement a solution using NetSuite SuiteCommerce Advanced.

Annexa delivered a customised SuiteCommerce Advanced integration with NetSuite that streamlined ordering, warehouse fulfilment, and shipping. The new setup automated order approval, label printing, tracking, and courier dispatch, while also helping dealers identify the right battery. As a result, MotoBatt gained a new global selling model with fully outsourced order processing and fulfilment, reduced manual work and errors, and a smoother end-to-end buying experience.
