A Annexa Case Study
JAK Max, a wholesale spare parts supplier for the Outdoor Power Equipment industry, was held back by an outdated ERP that caused inventory mismanagement, slow and disconnected financial reporting, and limited ability to manage stock and transactions across its three subsidiaries (JAK Max, PMD International and its China manufacturing operation). Annexa was engaged to deliver a modern, scalable ERP solution to support international expansion and improve efficiency and profitability.
Annexa implemented NetSuite OneWorld as a single, cloud-based platform to unify inventory, transactions and consolidated financials across all entities. The project delivered real-time multi-location stock visibility and transfers, out-of-the-box consolidated reporting, multi-currency and multi-lingual support, automated intercompany eliminations, centralized payroll and faster report generation—drastically reducing month-end consolidation time, lowering on-hand stock and improving productivity. Annexa’s implementation and ongoing support have made JAK Max more agile and ready to scale globally.
