Annex Cloud worked with a popular eyewear retailer that sells reading, prescription and sunglasses. The retailer had previously paired Annex Cloud’s Referral Marketing program with contests and gained thousands of shoppers, but after a rebrand and the decision to stop contests the referral program needed a refresh to recapture engagement, collect referred friends’ contact data, and improve conversion.

Annex Cloud upgraded the retailer to a newer version of its Referral Marketing solution, refreshed the creative (GIFs and colors), revised the user flow so referred friends must enter name and email before unlocking codes, and helped promote the program more prominently.
