How we helped Peloton create a gift pack to celebrate their Champions of Summer 2021

Peloton partnered with &Open to create a special gift campaign for its “Champions of Summer 2021” — nine Olympic athletes from the Peloton community. The challenge was to design a post-games gift pack that honored the Tokyo Olympics and reflected Japan through its story, makers, or cultural references.

&Open solved this by curating a wellness-inspired gift bundle based on traditional Japanese onsen bathing culture, including a personalized recycled-cotton blanket, a glass carafe with Japanese charcoal, a Bichotan charcoal eye mask and face soap set, Japanese room shoes, and incense, all in Peloton-branded packaging. The result was a thoughtful, premium commemorative gift with customized athlete blankets and a cohesive unboxing experience, though no specific numeric performance metrics were provided.
