PTI, a provider of supply chain services and engineered coatings with over 2000 employees, was facing challenges with its paper and Excel-based systems for training and job rotations. The solution successfully bridged communication gaps, significantly reduced training cycle times, and improved operational visibility. Due to the pilot's success, PTI is planning a full-scale implementation to expand these benefits to safety, quality, and maintenance programs across the entire organization.
