Greenwald Industries stabilizes mobile laundry payments in 36 months with Andersen

The customer, Greenwald Industries, an American company with a long history in payment technologies for the laundry industry, required maintenance and new feature development for their mobile laundry equipment management and payment application. Their challenge was to enhance the app for both end-users and administrators, adding complex remote control functionalities while ensuring the solution remained simple and reliable for a non-tech-savvy user base. They engaged the vendor, Andersen, for this project.

Andersen successfully upgraded the application by refactoring the iOS codebase from Objective-C to Swift, merging into a single code base to improve stability and speed. They implemented new features including an offline Bluetooth payment mode, remote machine administration, and payment integrations.
