GBank launches mobile banking MVP in 12 months with Andersen

The modern digital finance organization GBank faced the challenge of modernizing its IT infrastructure and building two native mobile banking applications to provide a seamless experience for its clients. To address this, they partnered with the vendor Andersen to develop the apps and overhaul their backend systems.

Andersen implemented two native apps for iOS and Android, expanded GBank's infrastructure using AWS Cloud, and adopted an Infrastructure as Code (IaC) approach for management. The solution included a BPM Corezoid engine for business logic. As a result, Andersen successfully delivered a fully-functional MVP within 12 months. The new app attracted new small and medium-sized enterprise clients shortly after launch and provided the bank with increased flexibility and improved disaster recovery processes.
