A Andersen Case Study
Capital Farm Credit (CFC), a Texas-based agricultural lending cooperative, faced operational fragmentation due to its use of multiple non-integrated systems and two separate, outdated customer portals. This disjointed setup resulted in a cumbersome experience for users and significant manual work for staff. To build a unified fintech lending platform that would enhance client engagement and shift inquiries to digital channels, CFC partnered with vendor Andersen.
Andersen developed the AgriNext Portal, a scalable solution built on a .NET and Azure microservice architecture that integrated lending, admin, and authentication modules using MuleSoft. The implementation provided an enhanced user experience, improved operational efficiency, and optimized loan processing for CFC. The solution also delivered robust security compliance and scalability for future needs.
