CoorsTek expands MES scope 320% with Andea Solutions

CoorsTek, a global leader in technical ceramics, faced challenges with its outdated, home-grown maintenance solution, which could no longer efficiently track labor or manage spare parts across its many sites. To support its rapid growth and goal of a unified shop-floor application, CoorsTek partnered with Andea Solutions to implement the DELMIA Apriso MES platform.

Andea Solutions employed an Agile implementation strategy, which allowed for the project to be completed under budget and ahead of schedule. The solution was delivered with over 320% of the originally planned scope and resulted in a high-quality system with very few bugs. The centralized architecture implemented by Andea reduced rollout costs to new sites by over 80% and significantly decreased integration complexity, enabling CoorsTek's internal team to become autonomous in their deployments.
