Orange County Public Schools (OCPS), a district of 23,400 employees and 176,000 students, partnered with RWD Technologies to upgrade its training environment from RWD Info Pak to the more capable uPerform platform. The challenge was to migrate years of valuable training content — including critical SAP and Student Management System (SMS) procedures that track student records — and to ensure employees across the district would adopt the new system.

RWD migrated over 300 Info Pak documents into a newly implemented uPerform server, built a replica of the existing help site hierarchy to ease the change, and provided training and coaching with ongoing outsourced support. The two‑month migration was seamless, employees embraced uPerform, and OCPS’s ICTS plans to promote the platform’s benefits across the district.
