Linfox, a global logistics firm operating more than 4.2 million square metres of warehousing and nearly 5,000 vehicles across 10 countries, needed to rapidly standardise transport and warehouse management systems and train a dispersed workforce on tight deadlines. Linfox implemented ANCILE uPerform, an intuitive authoring and content management solution, enabling an eight-person authoring team to create and publish over 100 simulations and e-learning courses. The software’s translation feature sped localization and reduced costs, remote workshops ensured consistent rollout, and the quick deployment cut integration time and saved both time and money; the company has already expanded use into Thailand and plans further course development.
