Animal Health International (AHI), a livestock-support company with more than 85,000 products and employees across the United States and Canada, needed a consistent way to communicate and train a dispersed workforce. Trainers could not visit every location, and the company required a central, uniform platform for training, business processes and a warehouse management module.

AHI integrated ANCILE uPerform (with SAP and SharePoint) to provide context-sensitive help, work instructions, reference guides and video training. The platform centralized communications, enabled self-support (reducing Help Desk demand), and produced over 1,100 documents that boosted employee knowledge and productivity. AHI is now expanding with Enterprise Warehouse Management and upgraded uPerform 5.0 while adding more video tutorials.
