CloudBees, a provider of CI/CD tools, needed a better way to govern Docker container security across its products. As its teams chose different parent images and customers raised concerns about container vulnerabilities, CloudBees wanted a proactive, policy-driven approach. The company selected Anchore Enterprise to support container scanning and security governance within its DevOps toolchain.

Anchore Enterprise was rolled out across CloudBees’ software delivery pipelines so all Docker image builds use the platform under internal policy. The solution improved visibility into security and compliance findings, centralized vulnerability triage in DefectDojo, and enabled faster remediation of critical issues. Anchore also helped CloudBees establish a new container governance model and better support customers with strict compliance requirements in government, finance, and healthcare.
