Multi National Brand worked with Analytic Partners to quickly assess the effects of new delivery promotions during the disruption caused by COVID-19. Using Analytic Partners’ GPS Enterprise Agile Learning solution, the brand set out to determine whether delivery promotions were truly incremental, which timing worked best, and which free product offers would drive the most sales.

Analytic Partners designed a multi-cell test and control experiment with Agile Learning to measure incremental impact while accounting for bias, contamination, and regional lockdown differences. The results showed delivery promotions drove a 3.4% incremental uplift in participating stores’ delivery sales, weekend offers performed 4.8 times better than weekday offers, and a national campaign could generate £625k in incremental sales per weekend.
