Analyse-it® Cuts Project Time in Half at Swiss Lab

EOC, a regional Swiss laboratory serving five hospitals and three clinics, needed to compare the performance of new clinical chemistry and immunology analyzers across 110–115 parameters as part of a major equipment transition. To handle the extensive method comparison work, the lab chose Analyse-it, a Microsoft Excel–based statistical analysis and charting tool designed for method evaluation.

With Analyse-it, EOC used advanced procedures such as Deming regression, Weighted Deming regression, and Passing & Bablok regression, while also benefiting from Excel integration, easy data refreshes, and clear reporting and graphics. Analyse-it helped cut the overall project time by about two months, effectively reducing the method evaluation effort by half, while providing accurate results that matched the lab’s existing statistical software.
