A AMZAlert Case Study
Leading Survival Gear Company, an established Amazon brand launched in 2015 doing just under $2M a year (~$150–175K/month), struggled with fraudulent sellers hijacking listings, stealing the Buy Box and sales. To address this, they engaged AMZAlert and subscribed to a monitoring/enforcement package that included 15‑minute listing checks, instant SMS and email alerts, seller and Buy Box change notifications, monitoring up to 25 ASINs, and automated cease‑and‑desist letters.
AMZAlert put those tools into action, alerting the brand within 15 minutes when new sellers appeared, notifying on Buy Box changes, and sending automatic C&D letters to hijackers. The company reports significantly improved protection and performance — charts showed metrics rising from roughly 8K before to as high as 30K after AMZAlert — and Derek called the service “a life saver” for stopping revenue loss to fraudulent sellers.
