How XIFIN Engaged 70% of its Employee Population in Telehealth

Xifin, a health information technology company with fewer than 500 employees, wanted to improve access to care, reduce time away from work, and lower insurance costs. They partnered with Amwell to offer Amwell’s direct-to-consumer telehealth service, setting an initial enrollment goal of 15%.

Xifin promoted Amwell through new-hire presentations, word-of-mouth cards and on-site signage, and the Amwell solution drove rapid adoption — more than 70% of employees enrolled within two years (55 percentage points above the target), 50% of enrollees completed a telehealth visit, visits averaged 10 minutes, and about 70% of visits resulted in a prescription. Employees rated the Amwell experience 4.7/5 and Amwell providers 4.8/5, and leadership reported clear value in convenience and increased access to care.
