Xifin promoted Amwell through new-hire presentations, word-of-mouth cards and on-site signage, and the Amwell solution drove rapid adoption — more than 70% of employees enrolled within two years (55 percentage points above the target), 50% of enrollees completed a telehealth visit, visits averaged 10 minutes, and about 70% of visits resulted in a prescription. Employees rated the Amwell experience 4.7/5 and Amwell providers 4.8/5, and leadership reported clear value in convenience and increased access to care.
