The Adecco Group sought a way to lower healthcare costs while giving its geographically dispersed workforce convenient, on-demand care. To meet this need, The Adecco Group partnered with Amwell to offer telehealth services as a core benefit, aiming to deliver immediate, high-quality care for more than 6,000 employees who often travel for work.
Amwell was deployed with a focused, multichannel engagement campaign—annual enrollment inclusion, emails, direct mail (including a wallet member card), posters, videos and incentives—which drove 44% enrollment (beating a 15% goal) and 98% of enrollees using the service (55% had 1 visit, 19% had 2, 24% had 3+). The program produced a 4.8/5 average provider rating, average visit time of about 6 minutes versus a 121-minute in-office estimate, and an estimated cost savings of more than $230,000.
