Transport for London (TfL) needed a faster, more efficient way to support on-street enforcement across its Red Routes, where Metropolitan Police personnel patrol 580km of network each day. Working with AMT-SYBEX, TfL aimed to replace a slow, paper-based communications process with real-time electronic information sharing for 850 users.

AMT-SYBEX implemented a turnkey mobile working solution based on Affinity Fieldreach, using T-Mobile GPRS connectivity, PDA devices, and Bluetooth printers. The system enabled live reporting to the TfL Control Centre, photo capture of contraventions, and improved PCN processing; as a result, TfL and the Police gained more accurate, up-to-date information, faster incident handling, and significantly improved enforcement efficiency.
