A AMT-SYBEX Case Study

RSPCA - Customer Case Study

RSPCA, the UK animal welfare charity, needed a faster and more reliable way to manage incidents, allocate jobs to 400 field officers, and share critical information between its National Control Centre and staff working in the field. Previously, job details were relayed by phone, voicemail, and paper notes, creating risks of missed information, delays, and inefficiencies. AMT-SYBEX was brought in to help improve reporting systems and mobilise the workforce with a mobile solution.

AMT-SYBEX delivered MICE (Mobile Integrated Communications Equipment), a mobile application integrated with RSPCA’s TAILS command-and-control system and Sat Nav tools. Officers could receive encrypted job details on mobile devices, update job status in real time, access historical case information, and close out tasks without paper-based processes. The result was faster updates to central systems, reduced administrative costs, improved lone-worker monitoring, and more accurate incident awareness, helping RSPCA respond more quickly and improve animal welfare.
