Affinity Water, the UK’s largest water-only supplier, needed to improve the quality and accuracy of asset data so it could make smarter maintenance and investment decisions. Working with AMT-SYBEX, the company aimed to better identify and track the condition and history of its 85,000 above-ground assets while supporting a shift toward targeted asset replacement and more predictive asset management using Fieldreach.

AMT-SYBEX implemented Fieldreach to give technicians a mobile workflow that scans QR codes, instantly retrieves asset records, and guides users through the right data capture steps. The result was faster, more accurate field operations: asset lookup time was cut by up to 10 minutes per job, technicians answered about 20% fewer questions, and Affinity Water improved data quality, reduced misclassification risk, and gained better visibility into maintenance history and non-productive time.
