The customer, National Grid, is a large international gas and electricity company that needed to modernize its asset management strategies, improve operational efficiency, and meet technical imperatives to upgrade its aging MIMS system. To address these challenges, they partnered with vendor AMT-SYBEX to upgrade their system to the latest ELLIPSE 6 platform.

AMT-SYBEX implemented the ELLIPSE 6 solution, which replaced numerous customizations with core product functionality, introduced modern integration techniques with National Grid's new SAP system, and provided a new reporting suite.
