Sacramento City Unified School District needed to update classroom technology across 44 sites while navigating the time-consuming E-Rate procurement process. Working with AMS.NET, the district planned a broad upgrade that included VoIP, wireless, routing/switching, structured cabling, Cisco phones, and collaboration/video equipment through the SPURR Master Contract.

AMS.NET helped design and document site-by-site cabling and equipment templates, then used the SPURR Master Contract to streamline procurement and secure contracted pricing. As a result, Sacramento City USD saved valuable time and budget dollars, which could be applied toward E-Rate matching funds, and was able to move the project forward quickly with an experienced partner.
