Manteca Unified School District, working with AMS.NET, needed to overhaul its network to meet Common Core digital curriculum requirements, support tens of thousands of concurrent connections, and equip teachers and students with modern technology skills across 32 campuses. The district also wanted a scalable foundation for future innovation, including software-defined networking, wireless access, and centralized network management.

AMS.NET helped deliver a Cisco-based network infrastructure using solutions such as Cisco Nexus 9000 switches, Cisco Aironet wireless access points, Cisco Prime Infrastructure, and other Cisco networking tools. As a result, MUSD connected an average of 21,000 devices simultaneously, deployed a modern learning environment in just 5 months, and enabled engaging digital experiences beyond the classroom while building a robust platform for future growth.
