Linkin Park wanted to experiment with a new way to activate audience members around the April 2017 release of "America" and ahead of the One More Light World Tour, targeting two events (Jimmy Kimmel Live! on May 18 and The Chicago on May 31). They partnered with Ampsy and used the Ampsy platform to locate and engage fans on-site and test a hands-on activation approach.

Ampsy used its platform and AI to source fan activity, prompt check-ins and content shares, and drive attendees to a mobile landing page where they could sign up; those fans were added to a CRM and monitored for engagement. The campaign delivered strong, measurable results: 92.6% of fans contacted visited the landing page and 70% submitted the form, enabling Ampsy to generate detailed audience insights and targeted follow-up.
