By integrating its data with Amplitude, Zip set out to understand how customers moved through repayment flows and improve key experiences ahead of peak shopping periods like Black Friday.
Amplitude helped Zip analyze journey data and spot that the additional repayment call-to-action was too hard to find in the app. Zip changed the button placement, which led to a 60% increase in users starting an additional repayment and saved customers the equivalent of over 4,000 days of time over the next seven months.
