Turning Analytics into a Team Sport at WeWork

WeWork’s product data team was stretched thin, with one data scientist supporting multiple products and stakeholders while trying to manage instrumentation, reporting, experimentation, and data quality. The company also struggled to get teams to adopt analytics tools and build a true data-driven culture, even with tools like Amplitude Analytics.

Using Amplitude Analytics, WeWork rolled out 1:1 training, ongoing coaching, and weekly dashboard reviews to help product managers and other stakeholders become comfortable exploring data themselves.
