To do this, the team used Amplitude product analytics to study two key personas, track listing behavior, and improve lead generation and conversion performance.
With Amplitude, Wahi identified that users who took longer than a week to convert were actually higher quality, then reallocated resources and refined communications toward the best-performing channels. This helped Wahi more than double conversions in both cohorts, boost lead opportunities, improve retention, and save over $25,000 annually through better integrations and reduced reliance on other tools.
