Unmind, a workplace wellbeing platform, was struggling with a data bottleneck as its team grew and more people needed answers to product and customer questions. To make decision-making more scalable, the company turned to Amplitude Analytics to support a more self-serve, data-driven culture across product, sales, and business teams.
With Amplitude, Unmind implemented analytics, funnel views, event segmentation, and A/B testing, plus onboarding support and Slack-based collaboration to help teams adopt the platform. The insights led to concrete product changes: Amplitude showed that a chatbot in app courses increased drop-off, so Unmind removed it and saw higher course completions. It also revealed that users who completed the Wellbeing Tracker were more likely to return, prompting Unmind to feature it earlier in onboarding and emails. Overall, Amplitude reduced data requests, freed the data team for deeper analysis, and helped improve product velocity and impact.
