Using Amplitude Analytics and Amplitude’s Compass chart tool, Scripbox analyzed in-app behavior to understand which touchpoints helped users feel confident enough to invest.
With Amplitude, Scripbox redesigned onboarding and added targeted in-app messaging and trust-building popups, including prompts for goal planning and portfolio review. The result was a 246% increase in first-time investments, 220% more likelihood to invest among users who saw the prompts, a 22% lift in revenue from new users, and a 20% reduction in marketing costs per new active investor.
