The company evaluated alternatives and chose Amplitude to support richer data collection, deeper analysis, and a better measurement culture across teams.
Amplitude implemented a scalable analytics setup with flexible event definitions, data governance, dashboards, and Amplitude Experiment. The rollout was completed in time for the Google Analytics shutdown, and Unity reported richer data than before, more sophisticated analysis, improved cross-team collaboration, broader data democratization, and stronger experimentation workflows across the organization.
