Mercadona Tech used Amplitude Analytics to better understand checkout behavior and product discovery issues across its website and app.

With Amplitude, Mercadona analyzed conversion rates, built cohorts, and ran funnel analysis to compare user behavior across product recommendation tabs and delivery-slot availability. Based on those insights, Mercadona combined its recommendation areas into a single experience and optimized slot planning, which increased products added to carts and improved conversions, while also helping the team estimate potential revenue gains from better slot availability.
