Cornerstone OnDemand, a global cloud-based talent management provider, needed faster, clearer insight into how users engaged with an expanding suite of products. By partnering with Amplitude and adopting Cohorts, Funnels, Segmentation, AB Test View, Notebooks and other behavioral tools, Cornerstone’s PMs began getting answers in minutes and running real-time tests. The change cut analysis time from weeks to minutes, reduced development resources by about 33%, shrank the feature list from 20 to 10, accelerated an MVP release by roughly two months (saving two sprints), and improved accountability and decision-making across teams.
