Case Study: Change.org increases data literacy and product team autonomy with Amplitude

A Amplitude Case Study

Preview of the Change.org Case Study

How Change.org is Creating a More Autonomous and Data-Literate Company

Change.org is a global platform with 200+ employees in 18 offices that helps people start and sign petitions to drive change. With teams and marketing campaigns dispersed worldwide, the organization needed a way to aggregate product and campaign data and make it immediately useful so non-analysts could answer questions and act quickly.

Change.org switched to Amplitude, trained internal teams, and integrated Amplitude reports into Slack, giving product managers and country leads direct access to dashboards, funnels and behavioral cohorts. The result: increased transparency and data literacy, faster experiment and acquisition analysis, and freed data scientists to focus on strategic work while teams move from questions to decisions more quickly.
