Aplazame, the consumer credit startup now part of WiZink, needed a better way to understand product behavior and user journeys. Before using Amplitude, the team could track financial metrics but had little visibility into how users engaged with its B2B2C checkout and app experiences.

Using Amplitude Analytics, Aplazame mapped onboarding funnels, ran A/B tests, and uncovered why a new credit card offer was underperforming. After moving the “request card” button above the legal text, acceptance rates rose from 5% to 30% in weeks—a 25-point increase. Aplazame also used Amplitude to validate lower-cost geolocation options and demonstrate the value of its app to WiZink, strengthening internal buy-in across the organization.
