These requirements led the County of Kaua`i to choose AmpliFund’s cloud grants management portal to support the mayor’s paperless initiative.
AmpliFund delivered a cloud portal with pre-built sub‑recipient functionality, online training, and reporting tools; the county now has more than 50 AmpliFund users, has entered two years of award data, and tracks approximately 220 grants. By integrating awards with accounting via unique identifiers, centralizing documents, reducing paper waste, and providing on‑demand reports for budgeting, AmpliFund helped improve efficiency and earned positive feedback from sub‑recipients.
