World’s Largest Helicopter Fleet - Customer Case Study

World’s Largest Helicopter Fleet, operating as Air Methods, needed a better way to manage the thousands of FAA regulations affecting pilots, ground crew, maintenance personnel, and support staff while keeping training costs under control. The company also needed to demonstrate to regulators that employees were truly aware of and complying with complex aviation rules.

Amplifire used its confidence-based learning platform and knowledge engineering approach to convert FAA regulations into 63 concise training modules and deploy them to more than 3,000 employees across 48 states. The solution uncovered and remediated significant misinformation and uncertainty, with analysis showing a strong improvement after training. Air Methods said it expected a return by year three, but was already seeing it in the first year.
