Leading U.S. Health System Organization partnered with Amplifire to address hidden knowledge gaps and confident misinformation among hospitalists. Using an Amplifire demo module with topics spanning decision making, patient safety, and financial/administrative issues, the health system sought to understand where clinicians were overconfident in incorrect knowledge.

Amplifire’s algorithm identified and remediated misinformation during the learning experience, finding that learners knew about 50% of the material with confidence, while 32% was confidently held misinformation. The demo also showed strong engagement and impact: 87% of respondents rated the experience “good” or higher, and 74% said they were likely to change how they would manage a complex patient after the module.
