Ladder, an installation, maintenance, and repair provider, wanted to reduce ladder-related falls, a leading cause of workplace injury. The company faced a high-risk environment where ladder incidents were causing lost work time, injuries, and significant compensation and medical costs. Amplifire’s learning and performance platform was used to address this safety challenge.

Amplifire worked with Ladder’s L&D team to create and roll out a Ladder Safety course for 862 supervisors, focusing on OSHA-based safety checks and correcting confidently held misinformation. The program eliminated knowledge gaps by the end of training and was followed by a 31.5% reduction in injury rate, 44 fewer adverse incidents per year, 28,600 fewer lost hours, and total annual savings of $1.63 million in lost-time and medical costs.
