selfologi is a digital marketplace for cosmetic treatments that helps consumers research, compare and book procedures while giving clinics a B2B platform to manage listings, calendars, pricing and payments. Launching in the UAE, it faced a fragmented market and needed a technology stack that could deliver agile content management, commerce, search and recommendations, handle unknown third‑party SKUs and support a scalable, pragmatic rollout.
Working with Grid Dynamics, selfologi built a composable stack powered by Amplience’s headless CMS (Dynamic Content, Dynamic Media, Content Hub), commercetools for commerce and Algolia for search, plus a bespoke B2B interface and standardized product taxonomy. The approach enabled a soft launch in October 2021 and full commercial launch in March 2022, rapid twice‑weekly deployments, strong SEO and audience growth, triple‑digit gains in key eCommerce metrics and streamlined development—positioning selfologi for UAE growth and expansion into Saudi Arabia and beyond.
