How myConversation found the ultimate data provider

myConversation, a data-driven sales consultancy that helps clients optimize remote selling, needed high-quality prospect data to support an outbound campaign for a large enterprise client. They evaluated two providers—Amplemarket and Cognism—against strict non-negotiables (data provenance, reliability, relevance/granularity, and email validation) and ran a controlled split test using 500 leads from each provider with identical enrichment and email sequences.

Amplemarket’s data enrichment and email validation outperformed Cognism across key KPIs: 1,363 emails sent with 60% opens (821), 10% clicks (149), 4% engaged (65), 10 immediate interests and 29 bounces versus Cognism’s 1,240 sent, 56% opens (701), 7% clicks (95), 2% engaged (33), 2 immediate interests and 41 bounces. Amplemarket’s lower bounce rate, fresher contacts, higher engagement and roughly one-third the cost helped myConversation secure the enterprise contract and generate significantly more conversations and ROI.
