Seattle Seahawks worked with Amperity to overcome fragmented fan data and limited identity resolution. Their records were highly deduplicated, fan identity was mostly tied to email addresses, and season ticket data, one-off purchases, and other PII were siloed across systems, making it difficult to identify their highest-value fans and personalize experiences.
Amperity used Stitch identity resolution and out-of-the-box data standardization to build accurate fan profiles enriched with LTV, top-10% fan segmentation, and passholder status. With bi-directional integration between Amperity and Snowflake, the Seahawks enabled daily automated updates, faster data sharing, and self-serve activation for personalized campaigns—helping uncover 5,000 previously unknown fans and reducing data-sharing time between Snowflake and Amperity to about 3 minutes.
