Large Lifestyle Brand Company, a major U.S. franchisor with about 14 million memberships and roughly 1,900 locations, faced a fragmented digital ecosystem that left them unable to identify customers across silos, match records without email addresses, or measure the impact of seasonal promotions. Amperity ingested membership, promotion, website, and transaction data and built a complete Customer 360 in under 30 days, enabling deterministic and probabilistic identity resolution and usable segmentation. As a result, the brand could attribute promotion-driven acquisition (revealing the promotion drove twice as many new memberships as previously estimated), expand the promotion internationally, identify that 75% of promotion-acquired prospects were first-time interactions, and unify multi-location memberships for smarter personalization and analytics.
