Amperity integrated data from SeatGeek, TicketMaster, ExactTarget, the league CRM and files without lengthy ETL, deduplicated records, refreshed profiles daily, and gave marketers and analysts direct access to build segments in minutes instead of days. With Amperity the Sounders reduced duplicate emails, orchestrated precise Facebook audiences and personalized email campaigns, and saw top ROAS of 24:1–34:1, a 22% increase in email open rates, a 29% increase in click‑through rate, and an 80% year‑over‑year lift in season ticket program conversions.
