Endeavour Group, Australia’s largest hospitality and drinks retailer, worked with Amperity to solve a common retail data challenge: customer data was messy and siloed across many brands, making it hard to get a single view of the customer and understand behavior across the portfolio. Helen Birch, Senior Product Manager of Personalization, used Amperity data to support personalization and improve customer understanding across brands like Dan Murphy’s, BWS, and ALH Hotels.

With Amperity, Endeavour Group built a “Next Best Action” decision engine for email marketing and began extending it into app personalization. Amperity enabled single-customer views, cross-brand audience segmentation, and automated audience orchestration across CRM, Facebook, and DMP channels. The results included faster campaign execution, more accurate and always-on audience refreshes, and the ability to manage 50+ audiences while sending millions of personalized emails each week.
