Deckers Brands uses Amperity, a customer data platform built on AWS, to support its global consumer-analytics team. Senior Marketing Analyst Jack Bush and his team needed a reliable way to unify customer identities and make consumer data accessible across Deckers’ multi-brand, omnichannel business so teams could confidently analyze customer behavior and make faster, data-driven decisions.

With Amperity, Deckers built dashboards in Tableau and used the SQL segment editor to streamline analysis, email segmentation, and ad hoc reporting across brands and departments. The platform improved identity resolution confidence, made data ingestion and egress more consistent, and helped Deckers scale self-serve analytics with over 20 actively used dashboards and 246 ad hoc segments created since the beginning of the year.
